Maya Ramos Clayton has spent her career advocating for and supporting students in achieving their postsecondary goals. She currently serves as a key strategic advisor to CCGI’s president and other organizational leaders, with a primary focus on ensuring CCGI’s work aligns with organizational values and objectives, the needs of practitioners and students, and the organization’s expansion deliverables. Prior to CCGI, she served as a program director at the Posse Foundation, national college access, and youth leadership development program. As a parent, she has served in leadership positions for her local School Site Councils and PTSAs. She earned her M.S. from New York University and B.A. from Smith College.
