Krismin Inocentes Bell is the Executive Director of OneGoal Bay Area. She was born in the Philippines and raised in the Bay Area. As the first in her family to graduate from college, Krismin knows the power of a degree. A lifelong educator, she has spent the last 14 years working to dismantle inequities in the Bay Area’s education systems. Krismin began her career as a third grade teacher with Teach For America in Brooklyn, NY. She has served as a mentor and coordinator on the high school program and college success teams at the national youth development organization, Summer Search.  She later was Deputy Director for Destination College Advising Corps in UC Berkeley’s Division of Equity and Inclusion. Most recently, Krismin served as Managing Director of Program at OneGoal Bay Area, where she led the region in completing its first full program cycle, including seeing 72% of the OneGoal class of 2020 enroll in postsecondary education after high school - far outpacing our district partners, even during a pandemic.
