Joanne Do leads CCGI’s work to provide technical assistance and support to educators, helping them to smooth the college and career planning process and equip their students with the tools to make informed decisions about their futures. Joanne has seen the importance of ensuring that students’ financial resources do not prevent them from attending and succeeding in college, and she has devoted her career to increasing equity and access to education. Prior to joining CCGI, Joanne worked in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors, and she has served as an admissions and scholarships reader for higher education institutions. Joanne received her bachelor’s degree and doctorate in education from UCLA. Her dissertation research was focused on first-generation college students’ experience navigating financial aid processes.
