September Whitmire-Bullock is a school counselor at Jurupa Hills High School in the Fontana Unified School District. An educator with over twenty-five years experience, she is a passionate advocate for all students. In her roles as an teacher, reading coach, and counselor she has devoted her time and energy to providing opportunities for students to pursue their high school, college and career goals. As a high school counselor for the past fifteen years, Mrs. Bullock has worked with her colleagues to increase the college-going culture and college-going rate of her students. In her role as the scholarship coordinator, she successfully implemented a program that provides thousands of dollars in scholarships to students and has collaborated with her school counseling team and teachers alike to increase the FAFSA/CADA completion rates for Jurupa Hills students.
