The California Student Aid Commission (Commission) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2022-23 Race to Submit statewide campaign, designed to increase the number of public high school seniors who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and California Dream Act Application (CADAA). The Commission hereby recognizes the high schools with the highest completion rates in the state of California.
